Baton Technologies

I was with Baton Technology for four years, ultimately leading as the Head of Product + Design. I led the company through a successful acquisition, marking a significant milestone in our (and my) growth journey.

My journey there began as a Software Product Designer + Developer, and through my dedication to product innovation and design excellence, I was promoted to oversee the entire product design process. My role involved guiding the product management process from market research to product launch, ensuring alignment with the strategic needs of enterprise customers, and spearheading product marketing growth strategies.

Among my proudest achievements were the redesign of our templating engine that significantly boosted customer engagement, the release of Baton’s Form feature that opened new market segments, and the collaboration with the engineering team to develop Baton’s native integrations with Jira, Zapier, and Salesforce.
